Cajucom Residence, Tarlac
With the preliminary design completed, this residential bungalow is located in a subdivision of Tarlac, Ilocos Norte. The client specified that she wanted to be able to view all of the breath-taking nature that surrounds her plot from within the house. We accommodated her wishes with a design utilizing floor-to-ceiling windows and curtain glass walls around the entirety of the property. For the structure, the combination of concrete and wood provides a perfect balance of security and connection to nature, and as a final touch, a delicate slope in the roof adds a modern twist to this beautifully simplistic yet unique residential property in its little spot in paradise.
